The landscaping around the property was beautiful.

My stay was a complete disaster. The bathroom toilet refused to flush, leaving us in an uncomfortable situation. Plus, after our first shower, the water barely drained and made the whole bathroom stink. I even talked to the manager about these issues, hoping for some sort of compensation, but he just dismissed my concerns. We also found out that the hot tub was also not functioning, yet we were only told to use another one far away. Overall, the lack of maintenance and terrible customer service were infuriating.

Awkward experience on our special day

The customer service was a total miss. From lack of a warm welcome at check-in to losing my wedding dress in a trash bag! Plus, pointless wristbands that made photo ops a pain. The vibe was off. such a bummer for a wedding night. On a good note, we enjoyed some drinks at the bar/lounge area, but overall, wouldn't recommend this place.

I absolutely fell in love with the beautiful gardens and multiple pools available for relaxation. The onsite brewery and winery offered some delightful tasting experiences, which were a real treat! Each evening spent in the heated pool was pure bliss under the stars.

The outdoor areas are beautifully designed, making strolling easy and delightful for everyone, just as if I were walking through a charming garden. The various seating areas encourage relaxation and socializing, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

A bit more shade near the pools would be nice.

Comfortable queen room, convenient location, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for breakfast under the sun and a very nice swimming pool for relaxation after a day of exploration.

I found the nearby wineries like Liceaga and Three Valleys Wine both stunning and perfect for a leisurely stroll, making it easy to soak up the beautiful scenery while discovering local wine culture. additionally, the lush green spaces in the area provide a peaceful spot to unwind after my city walks. The outdoor areas of the hotel are well-designed, making my time lounging there enjoyable.

Beautiful landscaping everywhere and great pools. The rooms felt neglected, and we had issues with basic amenities. Hiking nearby was a nice bonus.

The breakfast at Huevos Republic was a glorious start to the day, and the outdoor lounging areas were a joy! I absolutely loved the lush surroundings—perfect for strolling and soaking up the sun.

While sipping on drinks at the brewery felt a tad pricey, the vibe was still on point. Just a heads up, expect to shell out $24 for a glass of wine and a beer!

The on-site restaurant had some truly delicious meals. The heated swimming pool and the beautiful garden area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the walls felt a bit thin, causing some noise issue, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊
